youth ministry

The goal of Youth Ministry at Good Shepherd is to equip young people for a lifelong journey of growing in the knowledge and love of God. Every youth at Good Shepherd is provided with opportunities to participate in transcendent worship, spiritually formative learning, and transformative service. Our programs involve weekly worship and Bible study, community service and missional outreach, and lots of good food and fun.

Sunday mornings

Confirmation (6th Grade & Older)-spring 2024

Confirmation is a reaffirmation of our baptismal vows and a student’s first mature commitment to their faith. Classes will begin in the spring and will run weekly until Confirmation Sunday in April.

Junior High & HIGH SCHOOL (6th - 12th Grade)

Using the curriculum Think. Believe. Do. from Sparkhouse, students will explore what they believe, and dive deep into topics that help them take ownership of their faith.

Student Ministry ASSISTANCE

We need you to help make student ministries at Good Shepherd a great one this year! We are required to have 2 adults present at all youth activities. Help us out by signing up to volunteer on Sunday mornings as a Sunday School leader, at Sunday night EYC, or by helping with transportation for a special event.

Contact Lauren for more information or to volunteer.

EYC Snacks

Sign up to provide snacks for Sunday night EYC middle school (4:30pm - 6:00pm) and high school (5:30pm - 7:00pm). Snacks are to be delivered by 4:00 pm on the selected Sunday, and we estimate around 20 students for each week.
