Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd invites you to attend their Blood Drive
Sunday, March 7th. 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
The Drive will be held in the Kincaid Pavilion at 11122 Midway Rd. , Dallas , Texas.

AID FOR HAITI
We are all horrified and saddened by the disaster that has struck the people of Haiti. Many want to give but are concerned that their gift may not actually go to those in need. To offer you that security, Good Shepherd will accept checks, written to "Good Shepherd Episcopal Church" and designated on the check for "Haiti Relief;" we will then send the collected sum, with our prayers, to a reliable relief organization that will use our collective gift responsibly to help the people of Haiti that are in such need of all basics. You may mail your checks to the church (Good Shepherd Episcopal Church; 11122 Midway Rd.; Dallas, TX 75229) or place it in one of the designated envelopes in the church pews.
This is a long-term need of unbelievable proportions, so feel free to give more than once if you choose. Such giving would, also, be a meaningful Lenten discipline to remind us of the gifts in our lives and our responsibility to reach out, in Christ's name, to those less fortunate.
